6. Consequences of Violation

• Any violation of these terms may result in the immediate termination of your WiFi access.
• Devices found to be in violation will have their MAC addresses permanently banned from accessing the Pumpers WiFi network.
• We reserve the right to take further legal action if necessary.

7. Limitation of Liability

Pumpers and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the WiFi service, including but not limited to damages for loss of data, loss of business, or loss of profits, even if Pumpers has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pumpers, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, expenses, or losses arising from your use of the WiFi service or any violation of these terms.

9. Changes to Terms

Pumpers reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly. Continued use of the WiFi service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding related to your access to or use of the WiFi service shall be instituted in a state or federal court in Texas.
